Studio location is Downtown Port Arthur in Thunder Bay, Ontario

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role involves managing social media accounts and marketing initiatives for our clients, including:
Check emails daily and communicate/coordinate with clients and team members, as needed, either by email, Zoom, in-person or phone.
Attend team meetings and client meetings, as needed.
Manage and prioritize projects to ensure all deadlines are met.
Be up to date on marketing and design trends to ensure we are at the forefront of content. Continuous learning highly encouraged.
Knowledge of social media trends, videos and creation of Reels.
Assist on other projects as needed, if skills are applicable.
Social Media Marketing Coordinator
Coordinate with clients as their account manager (communications, social media planning, meetings, etc.)
Review and plan for upcoming shoots on a weekly basis with videographer/photographer.
Social media planning and scheduling for clients
Content calendar creation
Content creation and curation (along side videographer/photographer)
Meeting notes and follow-up with clients
Graphic design (primarily in Canva Pro)
Create and execute effective social media strategies
The Marketing Coordinator will also support other marketing projects as needed, such as website development and design in SquareSpace, and contribute to developing innovative marketing campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with larger scale marketing and event initiatives as needed
Develop visually appealing designs in Canva Pro (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a strong asset)
Assist with website development and updates in SquareSpace as needed
Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver projects on time
Attend in-person meetings across Thunder Bay as needed (valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required)
Become familiar with processes and programs used
Become familiar with clients and current/on-going projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (required)
Post-secondary education or 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
Must reside in Thunder Bay, ON
Strong organizational and communication skills
Creativity and attention to detail in content creation
Proficiency in Canva Pro; Adobe programs a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to multitask while showing commitment to detail and organization
Must have commitment to deadlines and be open to flexible working hours
Demonstrate maturity, professionalism and a positive attitude
