Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek - MArch break Festivities 2025
We were thrilled to work with Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek to bring their week-long March Break celebration to life. Held at the Norwester Hotel, this four-day family event ran from morning to evening, Monday through Thursday, and was designed to offer a fun, welcoming space for community connection and laughter.
Our Role:
Planned and coordinated a full week of engaging activities for all ages
Designed and printed daily agendas and event signage
Prepared event spaces and ensured rooms were ready for each activity
Purchased and organized all prizes for games and contests
Hosted interactive games including Bingo and Minute to Win It
Captured event moments through photography and videography
It was such a joy to see families spending quality time together and making memories throughout the week. We’re proud to have helped create a warm, community-focused experience filled with fun, laughter, and connection.
